Ok, there aren't any instructions to the workouts but this means, once you've done it a couple of times, you don't have to go through all the slow learning the moves bits - its just straight into the dancing and its really good fun. I love dancing but hate working out and this definitely feels like dancing but I know its doing me good. The lyrical jazz section is quite difficult but you can pick out any of the 4 sections and just do one with the warm-up and cool-down sections. I usually do the warm-up, funky pop, hop hop then the cool down and that makes a 40min workout. Its really good fun, try it!
