Marvellous, really is as posh as it claims!
Tis heavy though! So, removed ladder like so many before me, then took time to build outer frame in the ceiling with a spirit level! Easy with manageable, lightweight lengths of wood! Then, the clever part, the ladder frame is a whole 5 ana half inches deep, so I got some lengths of square baton and fixed to the outside of the frame, flush to the top edge creating a 'lip'. This stroke of genius allowed me to lower the frame into the hole and leisurely bolt it all together while gravity did the 'holding in place'
The extra wood cost less than £4 and allowed me to get on with the job at my own pace without troubling anybody else or pulling any muscles. And I'm a 'girl'!!!
To be fair to this product, it is actually more stair-like than ladder!
If you are sat humming n harr-ing n wondering if you should, then Yes, you should!
