The Dell GX270 is a mid-to-low end desktop PC designed (at the time of release) to provide average consumers with a cheaper and more affordable option for an up to date computer. The GX270 features a 3.2GHz Pentium 4 processor with HT Technology, 1024MB (1GB) installed DDR RAM, a 500GB hard drive, and a DVD-Rewriter drive of varying speeds depending on the particular model. The GX270 includes additional such as a integrated video, audio and ethernet controllers on the motherboard, and a stylish black mid tower case.

What can I say? It arrived promptly, I plugged it in and it worked! Remember that you only get the box, but this wasn't a problem as I had the power lead, monitor, keyboard and mouse from my old machine. Who needs more, I'm absolutely delighted and all for a [...]. One slightly down comment, although the machine arrived in excellent condition a bit more bubble wrap would have been re-assuring. Unless you're into video editing or sophisticated games playing there is absolutely no need to pay more.

For the price, I think this was a good buy. I was initially discouraged
by cosmetic body of the Tower. I was expecting a scratchfree Tower. Had a
problem with the Tower but this was resolved by the seller. A good buy on the whole.

Amazon Verified Purchase
I did not quite receive the item I was expecting. It turned out to be much much better. It had been upgraded and was beyond the description. My son is ecstatic (he's a bit like that) and we've got more space, memory and power to keep a family of geeks very happy. It is in very good condition and running beautifully. Thank you.

Not reliable
The disk drive has completely broken down and won't read anything after a couple of weeks. Only been used to play old games and music CDs on it.

It was secound hand and I could not log on and it cost me another £75 to be able to do this I am not happy and disgusted by this
