This laptop was a great buy. It's compact, fast, fairly lightweight, has everything I need and was great value. Even though it's second hand there was hardly a scratch on it and had so many more features than any brand new (cheaper) maker's model would have. Would buy again in a heartbeat.

I am very happy with this so far, the delivery was very prompt and the Laptop is in good condition, one small scratch on the lid, which is hardly noticeable.
The 3 month warranty has about another month to go, but no sign of problems so far. There is a Microsoft certificate of authenticity and in addition to Windows XP Professional operating system it had Open office and AVG antivirus software loaded. It does not have the Extra disk partitions that Dell PCs usually have, probably because it is reconditioned, but that gives a greater amount of disk space for user data. There is a slight kink in the power supply unit DC lead, which is very common on these PSUs, but it is only just starting to kink so with care it will not be a problem.
So far I am very happy with this and, hopefully, I will not have any problems in the near future, but if I do I hope the seller will provide the necessary help within the warranty period.

My Blue Latitude D620 was a surprise gift. It not only looks fabulous but works like a dream.
The chaps at the Designer Laptop shop leave a note explaining that although they cannot see why you would be unhappy with the computer, if you experience any difficulties at all just to ring them.

I did just that and they were polite helpful and gave me the information needed.
