Product Description

Product Description

This book with over 30 recipes for easy grain free baking is helpful for anybody on a grain free, gluten free diet like the popular primal and paleo diets. Easy step-by-step instructions as well as plenty of color pictures will guide you through the baking process.

With this book you will be able to bake delicious crunchy cookies; soft cakes and muffins that are bursting with flavor; as well as impressive cupcakes and fancy-cakes. All of this without using grains or any refined sugar. Sweetness instead comes naturally from fruits, and honey in small amounts.

Rather than “hard to find and never heard of” ingredients, the recipes in this book call for basic food like:
- Nuts, seeds, shredded coconut and coconut flour
- Butter and coconut oil
- Vanilla, cacao powder, ginger and lemon
- Bananas and dried fruits
- Red beetroot, spinach and berries for natural amazing colors and tastes
Also - you’ll use a lot of eggs and small amounts of honey.

Did we mention dark chocolate? Dark chocolate brings its fantastic special touch to quite a few of the recipes as well.

The toppings are mostly based on cream cheese, mascarpone, natural yoghurt and whipped cream. If you are baking for someone lactose intolerant you still have plenty other recipes to choose from – without these ingredients.

All in all, the book aims for easy access ingredients, combined with the use of few and rather basic baking utensils. All this to take away the mystery of baking and tempt even those of you who have never been near the oven to give it a go.

If you want people to like what you bake without even realizing what they are eating is, in fact grain free and contains no refined sugar – this is the book for you!

I do not see my recipes as a compromise or a second best solution – something we have to settle for when living grain free. I see them as the best treats I have ever baked. I share them with you in this book and wish you happy baking!
