This new edition of Keith Pickavance's ground-breaking work is a must-have if you operate in the area of forensic delay analysis. Although the update from the first edition is not seamless and although the book is heavy going in places, it is well worth a place on your bookshelf.
The book focuses on the extension of time provisions of the major forms of contract and also touches on the main project management software packages available, although this tends to make the book out of date in view of the way software is regularly updated by its authors.
In all though, I would recommend this as a purchase to those who have to make or break a delay or disruption claim.
