4.0 out of 5 stars dejunk 19 Jun 2003
By Julie
If you find your life an unorganised mess - this is the book for you. Common sense really - but then - most solutions are based on that concept!
This book helped me put the common sense back into my life and clear the rubbish out. Life now gives me more time and is less stressful in all areas. The book also covers topics on dejunk your finances (how to get by on less money without living like a pauper! to dejunking your mind and negative thinking). Interesting and life changing if you allow it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Practical and addictive 5 May 2001
By A Customer
It covers most aspects of your life, how to prioitise and how to feel good about yourself. A must for stressed out city workers and mothers!
However it takes determination to follow the advise so dont expect miracles the next day! I bought the book the other day after reading about it in a magazine and finished reading the book before I finished reading the magazine- it was THAT good! Whether the advice is up your street is another thing- it didnt all apply to my life and situations but it is by far the best self help book on the shelves this year and I LOVE it!

5.0 out of 5 stars Simple, sensible, sorted :) 30 Aug 2002
I have bought this book for two other people already, and keep recommending it. I am a fan of self help books, but this one stands out. It is non patronising, details simple things that can change so much and the sidebars and case studies give it a rounded feel.
Each chapter tackles a different area of your life, so you can start at a section where your life is falling apart first.
