Ace the USMLE Step 1 with these unique “flashcards in a book”!

Students who just aced the USMLE Step 1 reveal what it takes to excel!

"This book was excellent, and well organized. The 'make the diagnosis' section was great--lengthy and thorough--just like Step 1. It was nice because it was compact enough that you could fit it in your bag and review it anywhere. Great!" -- Sarah Fabiano, SUNY Upstate Medical University, Class of 2010

"I like the fact that embryology for each system is given at the beginning of each chapter. This series is a wonderful compendium throughout the medical college years, particularly preclinical years to prepare for Step 1." -- Ali Rizvi, MPH, Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, Class of 2010

4.0 out of 5 stars Great Book - Needs an errata 31 May 2011
By AnAshPiano - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback|Amazon Verified Purchase
This is an awesome idea and a really useful book. Unfortunately I have found several typos that actually change the meaning of the questions (eg: the wrong receptor name) and found neither a list of errata nor a way to contact the authors. (When you're studying for Step I, you definitely want to know you're getting accurate information.) I will look forward to the next edition instead!

4.0 out of 5 stars easier to carry around for a quick review, but not as comprehensive. 22 Aug 2010
By zeeko - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback|Amazon Verified Purchase
if you're in need of a much easier to carry around reviewer, then this is your book. it really is a "de ja vu" type reviewer (hence the title)--in other words, you must review the step 1 comprehensively then use this book to refresh yourself. don't use this as your only source for this step, but it helps narrow down topics that you should focus more on.

5.0 out of 5 stars High Yield Review Book for Step 1 6 Sep 2010
By Rohit Khanna - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback
This book is perfect if you want to master the very high yield facts that you are definitely going to see on Step 1. It will allow you save tons of time on exam day by fine tuning your quick recall of the high yield questions. It's a great tool to use the last week of your studying and in addition to first aid and Qbank questions. I highly recommend this book and series of books for all USMLE exams.
