1.0 out of 5 stars Rushed and uninspiring 12 Nov 2010
Platform for Display:Xbox 360|Edition:Solus
Fun: 1.0 out of 5 stars
For such a massive brand as X Factor, this is a terrible game. I am a great fan of singing games such as Sing Star, Lips, Rockband etc but this game is the most dissappointing of them all! You cannot choose the difficulty you sing at, the judges say the same things over and over again, the animated characters are clearly not supposed to be the judges or Dermot from the real show, the crowd don't even chant numbers in the count down they just make a generic noise along with the count down. The 'dressing room' which is the place on the game like 'backstage' in Rockband where you change clothes on your character etc, is very poor. You have very limited changes for your character, the 'computer' that tells you how you have faired in each round could have been created by a 12 year old in an I.T class at school, and the 'noticeboard' is very poor in content and quite frankly pointless. I feel fleeced by this game as I expected an excellent game as this is such a massive brand who probably rake in millions of pounds each week. This is a thrown together, half-hearted job of a game with very limited game play and little ability to interact with the game. Go and buy any of the Rockband franchise in my opinion if you want to enjoy singing and interacting with a game on the Xbox 360!

1.0 out of 5 stars boring game 12 April 2012
Platform for Display:Xbox 360| Edition:Solus|Amazon Verified Purchase
Fun: 2.0 out of 5 stars
I hoped that this would offer me some more songs as I already have all the Lips games. I wish I had not bothered as some of the songs are the same as Lips anyway and the ones I don't have I don't really like that much - such as Evacuate the Dancefloor. I hate the way you cannot practice several songs at once - you have to go through and sing in front of the panel before you can try another. You cannot save the game at any point so you lose progress if you have to leave the game to do something else. I suppose it is true to the X Factor format but it is irritating. Once through to Boot Camp there are songs chosen for you. I don't think I will be playing this game again - I prefer to have the original videos on the Lips games rather than sing through an Avatar.

1.0 out of 5 stars What A load of Rubbish. 31 Mar 2013

Fun: 1.0 out of 5 stars
Oh my goodness trying to get the judges to say anything but brilliant or great how many times do I have to say great was a real effort. To get anything but a positive review I had to sing a completely different song and then it stopped me from getting to the finals.

Utter rubbish leave well alone and stick to LIPS.
