This book is wonderful. I can see why Louise Hay says she reads it every day which is mentioned on the front of the book. If you are on the spiritual path and believe that your thoughts create your reality, well this book will really help you to improve your life and will really help you see life in a different way that will benefit you. This book will help you grow in self love and self respect and in many areas of your life. Its so good because each day is one page long, so you can fit it into your day easily and gives you a good reminder of how to set the tone for the day ahead.

This book has one page stories for every day of the year, and each page is a beautiful spiritual lesson all by itself. The front cover is actually pretty nice looking, and feel good to hold, so all in all a great book.
