Declan McHugh lives in London and is the tour guide for a well-known,very popular horror walk called 'The Blood and Tears Walk' (www.shockinglondon.com). He has been doing this walk multiple times a week for over 13 years - it covers Jack the Ripper and other London serial killers, execution sites, witchcraft, conspiracy theories, and much, much more. The tour attracts thousands a year and has consistently received exceptional reviews from the beginning.
