Basic Decision Making and Problem Solving

I was looking for a guide for Root Cause Analysis to teach fellow Sales Engineers on problem solving technique, when I stumbled on to this book This is a very basic book but on page 39 there is a 7 point spiral process that illustrates the tasks in making a decision. Page 62 & 63 Have a model for how to approach a systems problem which is what I was looking for - it can be placed on two power point slides which fits my needs. This is a quick read and has basic information - it's a good primer but doesn't have a lot of depth.
