Extremely Fragile and delicate item 13 Feb 2012

The first one that arrived was broken in the box (replaced without a fuss), and the second one broke as I was drying it, the glass of the decanter and the sippers is very thin, and really not fit for purpose in my opinion.

we were happy that we received this in time for friends birthday but alas 2 of the sippers were broken.
can they be replaced please?

Porto Decanter

This was a good idea but the glass is so thin it is very fragile. The glass slippers are so thin you would have to handle with extreme care when washing up.
