Format:Audio CD
There have, as the previous reviewer said, been many Stranglers complilations and -having everything that has ever been officially released I have not been tempted by them. This one, however, with two new tracks and spanning the whole breadth of the boys career is different. If you haven't got these tracks then, frankly, your record collection is sadly lacking! An important footnote is that the download version includes a "long lost" track from 30 plus years ago that even the Stranglers intelligencia are surprised about.

At last a true Stranglers career spanning compilation!
There have been many compilations over the years, all of which feature heavily the MK1 days from 20/30 years ago.
There has been some great music since that has never made it onto a compilation until now. This is the 1st true Stranglers compilation. There is a bonus of featuring 2 brand new songs also.
A must for fans & casual listeners.

After years of seeing a multitude of hastily cobbled together Stranglers compilations, at last one truly illustrates their sound. This work truly represents all their 30+ years as a band. A good starting point to discover the rest of their music.
