I bought this book when I got engaged and was bored of really expensive, overpriced, repeitive wedding magazines.

It really does tell you everything you need to know - especially the bride and groom, but also the whole wedding party including all the parents and best man.

What I especially found useful was all the advice on planning the day - practicalities, timigs, all the little things no one else tells you! And the pictures are fabulous and really inspriational.

Perfect wedding stuff!

With the Debrett's name, you might think you're getting some kind of guide on how to organise a slightly more up-market and stylish wedding than the riff-raff; however in actual fact it's really just a bog standard wedding guide more artistically presented than the rest. Contains everything you will probably need to know, but you could get that information a lot more cheaply in other works without having to pay for lots of full-page arty photographs taken at weddings of people with double-barrelled names. There's really nothing extra here in genuine content.

Although I purchased this, my wife and I hardly perused this book at all in the end, and found the cheap and cheerful handy pocket-sized Weddings (Collins GEM) sufficient for purpose for our wedding.

A first bride and i wast sure where to start !!! gave me the guidelines and tip to get me started and i also gave it to my bridesmaid who read it all too.
will be keeping it in the memory box as im not one for books but this one good
