Repentant convict Carl Lucas (Luke Goss) aka Frankenstein is a legendary driver in the brutal prison blood sport known as Death Race. Only one victory away from winning freedom, Lucas is plunged into his most vicious competition yet: the first-ever desert Death Race.
Through South Africa's infernal Kalahari Desert, Lucas is pitted against ruthless adversaries and powerful forces at work behind the scenes to ensure his defeat. Also starring Danny Trejo and Ving Rhames, Death Race: Inferno is an insane, action-packed thrill ride.

The race takes place in South Africa through friendly and unfriendly shanty towns as well as desert. Frankenstein races against people who would rather see him dead than win the race. Names like: Razor, Nero, Joker, Pretty Boy, Olga, and Psycho. Prior to the race the female navigators are placed in a caged death match as 16 Xena looking/dressed women fight each other until 10 are left.
There is a quick flashback to explain Frankenstein, but it is short. The film has plenty of inane "explode on contact" action, racing, hot babes and a twist. Break out the popcorn.
Parental Guide: F-bomb, brief sex and nudity.
Pitted against his most ruthless adversaries, Lucas fights to keep himself and his team alive in a race in South Africa's infernal Kalahari Desert.
With powerful forces at work behind the scenes to ensure his defeat, will Lucas' determination to win at all costs mean the end of the road for him....
The Death Race movies are the marmite of film franchises, and much like Paul W.S Anderson, you either love them or hate them.
But with these films, you have diminished expectations, so matter how bad the film is, you get some enjoyment from it.
Goss is back as the cheap Statham, even though he has more screen appeal than him, and is joined by an array of B movie stars.
Dougray Scott buys the franchise from Rhames so he can buy more hats, and this is the films biggest problem, Scott is awful and plays the billionaire villain right down to the last letter. it's literally a cringe worthy performance and brings the film down.
The rest of the film is cars smashing into shanty towns, and Goss growling something to Trejo and the annoying little one, with lots of eye candy to stop males thinking about the plot holes.
It's a load of rubbish, with a silly twist at the end, but I loved every minute of it, thanks to the brain washing edits and silly explosions.
See it, and then come on here and lie to everyone about how much you hate it.
You cheeky monkey.
THe film was full of action but was soo cheesy and un interesting. The lines in the film was bad and the plot was completely unbelievable.
There was a good twist at the end by I had long lost interest. Not a good film, dont buy watch for free.
