Another superior crime novel from Jill McGown. As ever, her plotting is tight, her characters well-drawn and believable and the final unmasking of the murderer a complete surprise. Like Agatha Christie, the author weaves a web of intrigue around the reader which leaves you feeling immensely satisfied at the conclusion. Excellent.

Do not be fooled - this book is a duplicate

I have all of Jill McGown's books. When I found "Death of a Dancer" I immediately bought it, thinking I had missed it in past searches. When I received it turns out to be a duplicate of "Gone to her Death" which I already had. The same thing happened to somebody else (on another book) and I only found out because she had written a review, so I'm hereby warning others who love Jill McGown's books.
