I think this is a beautiful book! I have read both the Norwegian and English version and find it to be moving on so many levels. I love how the author describes not only his relationship with his son, but also the way he deals with the situations they stumble into. He has also choosen to place his story within the fram of tehir physical surroundings. It all ties together as a moving story of a father-son relationship.
