I love Arch Enemy, been my favourite band since Stigmata was released and this is a tasty addition to the collection. The song "Dead Eyes See No Future" is from their incredible "Anthems Of Rebellion" album and indeed a good song.
The extra's on this cd are excellent, there are 3 live tracks from a gig in Paris which are well recorded and sound better than the tracks onthe bonus cd on the Anthems album and are a taster of how good Arch Enemy are live.
Best for me are the 3 covers on this cd,we have Megadeth's "Symphony of Destruction",downtuned and very meaty, the vocals are a little out of time and it's a bit slow but a damn cool version of it.Next up is Manowar's "Kill With Power"and it really is brilliant, the song was class anyway but Arch Enemy bring their own touch to it and like their Aces High cover a few years ago it is awesome!!!!!Get it just for this track alone!
And finally A CARCASS SONG!!!!!Oh boy, dribble drool what more could we ask for?Ans a good job of it they have done,I'm sure you know of the Carcass connection in the band so i won't delve, except to say to any Arch Enemy fan buy this you won't be dissapointed!!!It's only a couple of quid too.Result!
