The DeLonghi Stretto has many innovative features, the radiator itself is deigned to be either wall mounted or used as a more traditional floor standing heating appliance, with a 1.5kw heat output and 3 variable heat settings the Stretto is around 30% slimmer then most traditional radiators, however this unique design does not impact on the performance of the radiator. The safe rounded shape of the fins increase the heating speed by up to 20% compared to traditional Oil Filled Radiators. The Stretto also has a night/eco setting which reduces running costs to approximately 2p per hour. Other features include Adjustable thermostat, cord storage, neon controls and overheat protection. Comes complete with 3 year Manufacturers guarantee.

    I GUESS THIS IS A GREAT HEATER - MY DAUGHTER HAS ONE AND LOVES IT, WHICH IS WHY I BOUGHT.

    BUT - IN SPITE OF THE FACT THAT I PAID FOR 24 HOUR EXPRESS DELIVERY, IT DIDN'T ARRIVE & I HAD ONE HELL OF A JOB GETTING ANSWERS FROM "CITY LINK" & AMAZON.
    IT EVENTUALLY ARRIVED 24 HOURS LATE, AND A LONG PHONE CALL TO AMAZON'S PHILLIPINES CALL CENTRE GLEANED ME A PARTIAL REFUND OF COST.
    BUT WHEN I UNPACKED IT, IN SPITE OF THERE BEING NO DAMAGE VISIBLE ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PARCEL, THE HEATER WAS SEVERELY BENT & DENTED.

    SO IF YOU ORDER, DO ASK AMAZON TO PACK IT MORE SECURELY & NOT TO SEND IT BY CITY LINK.
