Product Description
The De'Longhi ICM60 filter coffee machine is both practical and stylish in design. It features an easy-to-use digital programmable timer and integrated digital aroma feature to ensure great-tasting filter coffee every time.
The ICM60 has a removable glass carafe with a 1.8 Litre capacity, which can serve up to 14 cups of coffee at a time. The non-drip device enables you to remove the carafe at any time, including during the brewing process.
This filter coffee machine features a permanent gold filter, water filtration, non-slip feet and integrated storage, while the auto shut-off feature will switch it off after two hours for added safety.

The ICM 60 is an excellent machine. It is stylish, and easy to operate and maintain. Most importantly, the coffee is very good, and it is possible to vary the strength to suit individual tastes.
10 out of 10 so far BUT, we knocked the jug and cracked it (our fault entirely) and that is when the problems started.
De Longhi put us on to the firm which supplies their spares, and we were told in mid April that there were no jugs in the UK and that the order from Italy would not arrive until late June.In view of the backlog at the spares supplier, we are unlikely to receive the replacement until early July, a wait of nearly 3 months.
I spoke to De Longhi, who were totally indifferent and said it was nothing to do with them!
Had I known about this level of service beforehand, I would not have bought the machine. Had the replacement been forthcoming within a few days as one might reasonably expect, I would have confidently awarded the product 4 or even 5 Stars.

We find this makes good coffee, especially when the aroma button is activated. The ability to remove the jug for a few moments, whilst the machine is brewing, has proved very useful. We do not usually use the stay hot facility but when tried it worked very efficiently.

Amazon Verified Purchase
The machine is very easy to use (even my husband can use it). It has an inbuilt filter but we also use paper filters with it to enable us to throw the grounds staight into the bin.
Not too noisy, quite fast, nice looking and for the Amazon price I paid, very good value.
We are really pleased with it and recommend it to anyone who just wants straight forward cups of filter coffee - no frills and it doesn't take over the work top. Would buy it again tomorrow.

Carafe leaks with every pour
