The De'Longhi PremiumFRY Coolzone F34412CZ is a fantastic fryer. With a food capacity of 1kg, it's big enough to help feed the family, or an easy way to create perfect results for a dinner party. A variety of neat features help to make the Coolzone F34412CZ one of the most convenient and easy to use fryers available.
The "Cool Zone" under the basket prevents fallen food particles from burning ensuring that the oil stays fresher and cleaner for longer. The stainless steel removeable bowl is easy to clean and dishwasher friendly, as are the basket and lid, whilst an adjustable thermostat with an indicator light lets you know exactly when you're ready to go. The fryer's basket can be fastened into a higher position, making food drainage simple and easy. Convenient front and rear sunken handles make moving the fryer possible and as these and the upper handles on the bowl are made of cool-touch plastic, you'll never have the nasty surprise of a hot handle. There is a permanent metallic filter in the lid which reduces vapour and the large viewing window allows you to check the cooking process. The fryer will shut-off automatically if the heating element is not present or if it begins to overheat, so any potential accidents are no longer a worry. Perhaps one of the best features of De'Longhi's fryer is that it can be completely taken to pieces, ensuring total cleaning is a simple procedure.

Over the last couple of years I have bought and ditched a number of fyers, juts because they are not big enough for a decent sized family. Most fryers capacity is actually misleading, but not this one. This one is great it heats up really fast, the oil doesn't burn so its cheaper to run, I can get all the chips in it I want with room to spare. Yes its a little expensive than others and I really thought before I bought this one that they were all the same, not so. This is a great product, easy to use and set up, looks great and I will definately get another when I need to in the future

This fryer works very well and is, as claimed, easy to clean. I have had excellent results frying chips using sunflower oil at 160c boosted to 180c for the last few minutes. My only wish is I would have liked the lid to be hinged in some way!

Using Heston's triple cooked chips recipe this produced fantasic results. The only better ones were at "Dinner by Heston" in Knightsbridge. It is rather bulky and I don't like the basket handle. Otherwise perfect for me.
