With a maximum food capacity of 1 KG, (and maximum oil capacity of 1.2 litres) the F28313.BK is capable of handling food for all the family. A variety of great ideas have been implemented by De'Longhi to ensure it stays useful and useable. Firstly, De'Longhi's patented 'Easy Clean System' ensures that oil can be drained from the deep fryer simply and cleanly. Secondly, an adjustable thermostat means that the best temperature can be found for fish, vegetables and potatoes. I bought this deep frier recently but i had the opportunity to use it quite often. Nice design, very easy to clean and uses half quantity of oil.. Which is really good. I fried chips, spring rolls, onion rings. I would reccomend it
