As with any other De Cecco product(and I have tried almost all of their produce), this product rates among the best in its category.
Truly Italian pasta made from Triticum durum that goes splendidly well with almost any sauce. Much better than Barilla pasta, but unfortunately, this pasta cannot compare to fresh home-made pasta.
However, if you are cooking for a dinner with friends, for your loved one or for a family get-together supper, and you do not have time to make home-made pasta from scratch, De Cecco Linguine is the best choice for a pasta dish. Not only do they sell dried pasta, but you can also get some of their fabulous sauces. My favourite for Linguine would be carbonara sauce, home-made, with no cream, but rather egg yolks, nutmeg, and good Italian pancetta.
Delivery was prompt and the product exactly as it was described. I definitely recommend this product to anybody looking for a high-quality yet affordable pasta and I will buy some more when I run out.
