I believe Robin has uncovered a simple plan for diet, exercise, enlightenment, growth and personal achievement that anyone could be successful with.

This is not a weight-loss book, but you will lose weight. It's not an exercise program, but you will become fit. It's not a motivational book, but it will motivate and inspire you with new thinking. The 42-Day Challenge is about you as a whole person. And it will create positive change in every aspect of your life.

For me, taking the challenge meant losing close to 20 pounds, getting the exercise habit and doing daily unconditional acts of kindness. It also meant setting goals in my personal life and achieving them, daily meditation to focus myself each morning and journalizing my journey both to keep that focus and measure my daily progress.

The challenge has provided me with a solid foundation upon which I will continue to build and improve my life. No matter what age you are, you CAN change for the better. But only if YOU want to! If you sincerely want to improve your life, this book will take you there.

I have never been given a gift by my In Laws which doesn't end up on a dusty shelf somewhere - but the gift of this fantastic book by Robin Seiger is the first exception to the rule. It hasn't taken me long to get through this inspiring piece of work which is not only masterfully written - but gives a real true life account of how we can all take control of our lives and get to where we dream we can be. This is not your standard 'change your life' book - it is a complete mind and body roadmap to success. I have only been using the techniques for a few days - and already feel better and can't believe how EASY it is to follow the advice given by this very readible author. Buy this book - you new life is waiting to begin!

I was one of a group of people who piloted the 42 day challenge last summer. It came at a good time for me as i was at a point in my life where i was looking for a new direction and was in need of some help in the matter. Robin Seiger gave clear and effective guidance which i could follow on a day to day basis. The daily reflections were like having a wise friend giving advice and insight into living a more fufilling life and his encouragement to meditate and visualise were a new insight for me. I've learnt alot and feel that i am a better person for following the challenge.
