If you want to change your life or career direction then this book is for you. This is coaching in a book. The 90 day programme takes you through a process which is split over 12 weeks and builds towards the eureka point when you know what is next for you. The first 45 days focuses on identifying what "it" is and the remainder of the time is spent planning how you will get there. The book is filled with exercises which, if you work them, will help you unearth your new direction. It worked for me, I got so many insights, one building on another that have added up to me knowing exactly where I want to take my career. By using inspiring stories of people who have already undergone this process it helps you get the point(s) the author is making. The author leaves no stone uncovered and deals head on with the doubts and fears you may experience when considering making a change (and how to overcome them), the financial implications (with alternative suggestions) and whether it's a new job that's called for, making time for a hobby or a change in approach to the job you already have. It's a great read!
