I had been looking for a SAD lamp to try for health reasons and as I work nights. This was ideal as it offers great value for money. It arrived quickly and when I got it out the box was pleasantly surprised at the quality and design, as it offers good value and flexability. It is ideal to use when working on the computer, at my side while watching TV, or sitting at a desk/ table. The long flex means it is easy to have where wanted, without moveing funature about. I would recomed this item to any one who wishes to see if SAD lamp therapy will help them - me I'm looking forward to the full benefits when the short days return!
