Complete first season of the US teen drama. In the pilot episode Dawson's friend Joey gets jealous when he falls for Jen, the granddaughter of one of his neighbours. In 'Dance' Dawson gives Jen the leading role in his latest film. 'Kiss' finds Dawson making plans to give Jen a kiss she will remember for the rest of her life. 'Discovery' sees Dawson get upset with both his mum and Joey when he discovers that the former is having an affair. 'Hurricane' has Dawson get angry with Jen about her past life. In 'Baby' word gets around about Pacey's affair with Tamara. 'Detention' finds the gang all sentenced to a Breakfast-Club-style Saturday detention. 'Boyfriend' sees Dawson become agitated when Jen receives a visit from Billy, an old boyfriend from New York. In 'Roadtrip' Dawson, Pacey and Billy travel to Providence in search of female college students. 'Double Date' finds Pacey and Joey forced to work together on a science project. 'The Scare' sees the gang put on edge by reports of a serial killer in the area. 'Beauty Contest' has both Joey and Pacey decide to enter Capeside's annual Miss Windjammer beauty contest. Finally, in 'Decisions', Joey finds herself torn between Dawson and France.
