This is an inspiring book and easy to read. However a WARNING. This book is exactly the same as Zest For Life by the same author. It has just been retitled and published in a smaller format than Zest for Life. Don't make the same mistake as me and end up with two copies of the same book!

Im on a real journey since picking up this book. I listened to Dawn Brslin's show at hayhouseradio.com and I have been working through this book for the last five weeks. This woman is amazing. Her work and words are making such a difference to the way I feel. I think listening to her on the show and hearing this gorgeous voice makes me feel like I know her. I need someone to hold my hand as I reah out for a new life. Im scared and it would appear that through her website at dawnbreslin.com she really does want to help. I have bought healing music from her site and Im now speaking to her coaches free and getting advice of where to turn from her community website. I love this womans work. If you are feeling lost or needing a top up of confidence check her out. She is genuine and it would appear that she really does care - I saw her on GMTV about a year ago and she made such a difference to three womens lives. I think im going to go to one of her seminars this year. This book really feels like its taking me in the right direction. I love Louise L hays work and this is the closest thing I have found to it. Fingers crossed I will end up in the right place! Im loving it its full of exercises and thought provoking stuff.
