A former hypnotist, former adult education teacher, now partially disabled and retired early, I live on the outskirts of Manchester, UK, with my wife and crazy dog called Joe. I write in two genres; psycho horror/thrillers and cynical 3rd age humour.
I've published a whole range of novels, one book of sledgehammer humour, and one non-fiction title on formatting e-books. I've another NF title due out soon with an e-publisher.
I wrote Voices while off work with a broken ankle. Because I'm almost deaf, I kept hearing muttering just below the threshold of audibility. It was my tired brain tricking me into thinking everything was all right. I asked myself, "what if ..." and Voices came out of the question.
I'm currently concentrating on my different series, Spookies, Space Truckers and STAC Investigates. With 3 titles published, I have at least 2 more planned, including a Christmas special.
