D.H. Wallace is a writer, illustrator and an award-winning designer with an advertising & design agency background. Most of his earlier career was spent in animation and television working with broadcasters including the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, and UK Gold. D.H. has worked on children's programmes such as 'Fully Booked' (BBC), 'Red Amber Green' and 'Now you see it' (STV) as well as participating in the CBeebies Writer's Lab. He now focusses on writing and illustrating for younger children. D.H. used to be an actual child and this poacher-turned-gamekeeper advantage helps his writing.
Launched in summer 2012 with five stories for children published for the Kindle, Kindle Fire and Apple iPad, 'Splash the Lifeboat' is D.H.'s first series of books, aimed at pre-school kids. 'Splash the Lifeboat' ebooks contain lots of cute boats and cuddly friends; see www.dhwallace.com or the Splash the lifeboat Facebook page for more details.
