i bought this product a couple of weeks ago and now i have to
buy pandora battery again as it doesnot convert normal battery
into pandora.

This will not work on PSP-3000 batteries as Sony has made these un-hackable. The same goes for the latest PSP-2000 batteries made after mid-2008.
It works great on older PSP-2000 batteries and all the PSP-1000 batteries!
If you get stuck buy a Datel battery and convert that :)
