Fun:
Don't be put off by the "DSI" in the title, it works with a good old DS Lite as well.
Very little to say about the product itself, it's a cheating device, great if (for example) you only have Pokemon Black and none of your friends bought White and you need to catch 'em all, you can use this device to see any Pokemon you like in the wild then catch it!
Basically works for any DS game, it comes with a USB Lead and software CD, simply use the software to download new cheats to your device. The codes come from www.codejunkies.com and it automatically selects European codes. The interface on the DS is slick and easy to follow, works perfectly, just stick your game in and start up and you'll be able to select codes and play from there. The PC software interface is a little clunkier so I wouldn't recommend it for young children but if you have even a basic understanding of computers it's fine.

I was interested in getting this item purely to give my game playing more dimension. It worked :)
My main reason for getting the Action Replay was to use it with Animal Crossing, and though the built in cheats are great, the fun really starts when you use other codes from the internet (being able to type text in the in-game conversation box that turns into items is great) just be careful to make sure your using the EU codes.
My only problem was that Windows 7 would not see the Action Replay cart when plugged in via usb. Though this was easy to correct by following some simple instructions. If you get this problem, just google and there are plenty of guides on how to fix it.
All in all, I think this device opens up so many option to the gamer that at this price, it's well worth it. Just do as I do, be mature and don't let temptation ruin your game playing (i.e. use it to unlock hidden features or when your REALLY stuck).

Fun:
I bought this for my 9 year old for Christmas and he loves it. It is so much better thatn the previous one and allows you to get over the frustrating bits that you get stuck on with some games. It has very specific cheats - e.g. limitless money for Nintendogs, limitless hint coins for Professor Leyton and the mysterious village- so it acts as a prod forward rather than spoiling the game. My son highly reccomends it !

Brought for my son. it only worked for three days..So many option available to rectify the problems on the net. Do not try the downloaded code manager could damage ur computer.
