Cable received is completely different to the one shown, and much shorter.
It seems like the cable does not allow sufficient charge to follow through, therefore the phone cannot be charged and be in use at the same time. It took me 3hrs to get to 10% charge whilst the phone was switched off!

Hi this cable for me works fine for data transfer but I was expecting it to allow me to charge my phone as the cable that came with the phone allowed me to do. However this appears not to be the case so please be aware of this fact!
