This book tells you exactly what you need to do to change your diet for the better to improve your blood pressure. I bought a few books on the subject when I first knew I had to start addressing the problem. This book was the smallest and the cheapest, but has been by FAR the most useful so far.

Basically this book is for people who do not already have a healthy diet. If you eat fast food, then this book will re-educate you, but if you already eat 5 a day plus fibre etc, you may find it preaches to the converted.
