I was glad to find this at least in the German translation which is the only other language beside English I can read. Again, I would like to stress how disappointed I am by the English publishers that they have decided the book was not worth the effort because 'it is merely a collection of short stories'. Yes, it is a collection of short stories but they are - as much as the first book in the series - full of essential little bits that the following novels build up on.
I read it in just about a day because I couldn't put it down. Having already read the next two books in the series in English, I wanted to wanted to know more about Geralt and Ciri and Yennefer and Dandelion (though, admittedly, reading his name in German was a bit weird) and their adventures and fill in the gaps that omitting this book from the series had left.
Anyway, thank you to the people who made this translation happen. And thanks to the author for writing the book in the first place.
