Really nice large vase, but I would advise that the picture makes it look like smoked glass whereas it is actually normal transparent glass.

My original vase arrived very quickly, but in pieces...I called Amazon, who were very helpful, and sent me a replacement which arrived by first class post a few days later, and this one was undamaged (although still without any bubble-wrap in the box to protect it, and only a single sheet of tissue paper around the actual vase). The vase is very pretty- it is well-made and feels substantial, and the spiral around the base gives it a very unusual and modern look. The one thing I would say is that the vase is made of clear glass- not smoked glass, as the picture above suggests. It is still very pretty, but it does not look anything like the picture! I bought this as a wedding present, and I think the happy couple will like it a lot - I just won't show them the picture of what I expected to get!

Not quite as expected - I thought it was going to be smoked purple in colour but it's actually clear. Bit disappointed with that really. Quite attractive, little on the small side though.
Be warned: this company do not delivery at weekends so, if like most of the population you work during the week, you may have a lengthy wait.
The first vase I order arrived smashed to pieces but they quickly sent out a replacement. The woman I dealt with was very pleasant & efficient (surprising really given my abrupt email after over 2 weeks waiting for the vase).
All-in-all, not thrilled.
