Pole arrived in good packaging and quickly. On first use the pole stuck at full extention and we just simply cannot budge it without breaking it. Dont get me wrong, it still works for the high up fruit, but is really difficult to store and to pick apples lower down on our tree which we have resorted to getting with ladders and the basket hand held.

While the pole does work as advertised, I was dissapointed to find that it did not connect to the NWTC Quicker Picker that I bought from Nether Wallop Trading Company.
