Fun:
Detailed adventure game with lots of puzzles built into the plot. Excellent graphics. I bought this for my 70+ Mother who reads lots of murder mysteries to help teach her computing and games - so playing this with the helps and hints switched on - however got quite hooked myself. Still needs some thinking and observation skills to solve.

A really exciting, and thought provoking game, excellent graphics and a 'true to the book' theme. Anyone who has read this book by Poe will find the game fascinating. Highly recommended.

Fun:
Fine for the price as a way of passing a few hours but it is a very short and easy game - maybe 4 hours of fair entertainment. You always seem to get just the thing you need right when you need it so no challenge there. The backdrops are pretty but you'd be better getting a 'proper' point and click adventure like Broken Sword or Runaway. If you'd like something cheap, pretty, with a bit of adventure and a bit of hidden object, buy Dire Grove.
