Received this item after a few days, tried it on a bit big I must admit, dissapointed that I could not find sizing guide by Amazon, so personally visited the manufacturer's website and checked measurements. Still although I measured my waist the trousers are still too big but luckily I can tie it up from left and right. Have not tried it Outdoors yet but tried it on at home and it was perfectly warm! Only issue is that the fastening of the trousers is a bit flimsy.
