Although our two black labradors each have a bed in our kitchen ,my wife and I decided we wanted to buy a new bed each for them , which we planned to keep permanently in our "Snug" so the dogs can snuggle up in their new beds in the evenings whilst we are watching television . We looked extensively for suitable beds and decided that the Hunter Tweed Snuggle Bed - 34 inch fitted the bill. From the moment we put the beds on the floor in the Snug the dogs have hardly got out of them !Indeed ,they like them so much they spend a great deal of the day sleeping in them as well as during the evenings !!!! The beds were delivered quickly and safely and matched the description given . They do look very smart on the floor in the Snug . The materials from which the beds are made appear to be of very good quality , although the base(ground sheet)would ,I believe, benefit from being made from a tougher material than it is in order to resist the effects of sharp claws when "nests" are being constructed .It is for this reason that I give the bed a 4 star rating rather than a 5 star rating but I'm sure that if it was left to the dogs it would get 5 stars!!

I am a bit disappointed with this bed as the bottom pad is a bit thin and the cover is not removable for washing. The outer part holds its shape well though and the pet hair comes off relatively easily with the vacuum.

Bought this bed with high expectations, however, several weeks down the line am very disappointed with it. Initially great, however, the stuffing has quickly flattened and has made the bed quite hard despite attemps to fluff it back up again (not the comfort i was looking for). I then had a very muddy dog which sat in it so put it through the washing machine - sadly the stuffing has gone all lumpy and can't be comfortable to lie on.

Dog tired
Very disappointed with this dog bed,it may be ok in a smaller size but the larger size was far to floppy and not comfortable. I sent it back as my dog wouldn't even get in it!
