It's been a while coming, but well worth the wait. In Daniele's latest book, she reveals all her secrets in helping us look after ourselves! A beautifully presented book with such lovely use of colours and easy to understand.

Having recently had a baby, I found the part on caring for yourself in pregnancy particularly useful. Thank you for the tip on ginger tea with lemon and Manuka honey. It helped my morning sickness considerably!

`Secrets of youth & beauty' has inspired me into making some of my own products. I've always wanted to, but never come across such simple recipes before. This book demonstrates just how easy it is to make natural products for your face, body and hair using essential oils. DaničIe even tells you what equipment you need! The ingredients weren't difficult to get hold of either. I found most of them in health stores.

This book is a great discovery. It tells you all about different herbs, plants and essential oils and what they can do for you and your body. Among the many useful remedies are ones that will help with wrinkles, cellulite and stretchmarks. There are many tips and receipes to try for all skin types, so something for everyone! I've tried the Peppermint toner receipe. It was very simple to make and felt lovely on my face. You can also read about pampering and protecting yourself on holiday, creating a healthy environment at work and at home and do's and don'ts of massage!
