I'm not a fan of novellas as I prefer getting my teeth into a longer story but this was a decent length, fast moving and very enjoyable. I liked both the hero & heroine, the story and I look forward to reading about the Duke's two friends though I'm sure they could be made into long stories! Very good writing style too. I've already downloaded this author's novel on the back of reading this. Enjoy!

I 'bought' the second book first because it was a 'freebie' but had to buy this one as I was immediately hooked and this one didn't disappoint either.
I think I really like them because they are not too long but just long enough to get your mouth watering for more.
Our hero, Harlow, is so handsome and over-confident at first that it's very satisfying to see the spirited Caitlin bring him to his knees. Could have stretched the story a bit with her uncaring father and Harlow's mother, but maybe that will be another book.
Nicely written with good pace and the characters from the other books are brought in but kept to the preifery really well. Makes them interesting too.
I've already downloaded the 3rd book as I'm desperate to hear about Henry's adventures with an old flame of Marcus.
