About the Author

About the Author Once upon a time, Annabelle Franklin made valiant attempts at respectability in the fields of business, medicine and teaching. That didn't work, so she tried Bohemia with its attendant rock bands, experimental theatre groups and spiritual awareness courses. Finally she crash-landed on the Gower coast, where she intended to play serious music and write serious literature. Fortunately, she found it more entertaining to play rock'n'roll and write adult fairy stories for the Inner Delinquent in all of us. This book is the first in the series - and it's got pictures!

This book will have you in raptures - if you like a good laugh that is - nice thing is its well written too - this author has a fantastic sense of humour and I mean FANTASTIC in everyway. I'll certainly be looking out for other books by the same author!

I love funny books and books with illustrations. This one has got both! There are real funny cartoons depicting characters throughout the book, which makes this book like a collectors item or work of art, the writing is terrific and very imaginative - the author is a BRIT!!!! I recommend it! A really surreal story and genuinely humorous tale set in a Rock Festival. Cutting edge writing, a must have book that's going to be a big hit. Tell your Friends!!!!!!!
