In 2008, world-famous dancer and choreographer Pina Bausch selected 40 teenagers who had never heard of her to be part of the dance performance ‘A Place to Make Contact’ (Kontakthof). They spent the next ten months falling in love with dance and discovering the work of Pina Bausch.

trully great work- describes the process of rehearsing Kontakthof with teenagers,
although Pina only appears from time to time, through her dancers you can get a very clear image of her work.

It's amazing to see the changes in this bunch of teenagers over the course of the film. I suppose it's best to sum it up as 'Confidence through Dance'

Fantastic I just adore Pina I've got tickets to few performances in London it is a shame not so many DVD's are to buy
