Good customer service,

Book arrived, certainly not new as stated! Front and back cover had slight dog ears, inside pages were tatty and very obviously used. Written inside the front cover was the price - the only saving grace being that it was pencil - Please note the seller of this item provided a very prompt reply to my above comments, not only apologising but also refunding the full amount for which I am grateful. However, seller also stated they only sell used books - this may be the case but at the time of purchasing this book it was described as new. Overall, I was happy with how the seller dealt (Little Beaver) with my issue in a polite and professional manner.

A Great Read,

I really loved this book. The character of Ana is so well-drawn. I got to know her and love her over the course of her life which is told throughout the book in flashbacks interspersed with her life in the present. A really well written book populated with fabulously funny and and warm characters. Absolutely fantastic!

I loved this story. The main character is an old lady who has led an inteeresting life and finds new happiness in her retirement home. It is wellwritten and funny and if some unpleasant things happen, well, that's life isn't it? well worth reading!
