Use this every day and watch the fat come off! No. seriously - it's better than doing nothing, and after a while, you find it's not as difficult as first. It's professionally produced and very cheap. Her accent is very American, but you get used to that, too. There are two different 15-min or so routines which are about the right amount of time, and they do get your heart racing a little.

Great exercise DVD - I'm a complete novice with two left feet, and although I'm not going to take my new moves onto any dance floor, it did make me laugh learning them. It was more enjoyable to break up the normal exercise routine with something abit fun.

Very good DVD - enjoyable, fun to do and not too complicated. I thought I looked good doing it by my daughter says otherwise!

Purchased this on only because it says two 20 minute workouts on the package. Turns out it isnt 20 minutes, its 15 minutes only. Do they think we are dummies not to notice?!
