I think this DVD is excellent for those who are familiar with basic latin dance and want to learn some more. The dances are Cha Cha, Salsa, Merengue, Samba and Rhumba. The routines are challenging and some of them are very fast paced (especially the Salsa and Cha Cha), but lot's of fun and actually pretty good workouts as well, for those who take the time to learn the coreography.
The one thing I don't like is that the warmup and cooldown is not separated from the rest, but is integrated in the routines (the same in all the routines).
Each routine is about 15-20 min without the warmup and cooldown.
I absolutely recommend this DVD, but not for beginners.
