I bought this as I liked the idea of keeping fit through dance. I have used it twice so far.The first time I just went through the warm up, two dance routines consisting of four dance steps at different tempos, followed by the warm down and stretching. I felt that I worked quite hard, the increased tempos working giving me a good cardio-vascular workout. The second time I completed the four dance routines as I had more time. Camilla breaks down the dance routines into bite size pieces so that they are easy to follow and are not to complicated. I intend to use these workouts as a change from Davinas.
