It's a rare band that actually make you want to stop and watch in stupefaction rather than run about like a pillock. I found this lot by accident after wandering, lost and drunken, into a side-tent late one night at the Bloodtsock festival; they thrashed the arse of the place and were by far one of the best bands of the weekend. They play note-for-note as it is on the record and are easily on a par with other 'bigger league' names like Evile and Municipal Waste: if you like tight, heavy thrash with an early 80's vibe that epitimises the album artwork (completed by the same bloke who painted Megadeth's 'Peace Sells...': now THAT's classy!) then you really hav eno excuse not to add this to your collection.

For fans of: Early Megadeth, Early Anthrax, Testament, Exodus, Death Angel, Evile and Municipal Waste. Just buy the damn thing!

Listening to this album with your eyes closed and you could almost envision yourself in the Bay Area of san Fransisco in the early eighties, yes they are that good.
I'm proud to say these young metallers are pure homegrown talent from Wales/England wearing their influences firmly on their sleeves.
You may have witnessed the latest video for Damnation on Scuzz or have been lucky enough to catch them doing what they do best playing Live, if not I'd recomend you do so.
Each and every track on this debut album is outstanding, pure in your face thrash like it was meant to be played and has been given the stamp of approval by producer James Murphy(Death/Testament).
They may have won a spot on the second stage at this years Bloodstock festival but by next year don't be suprised to see these boys owning the main stage.
Warpath are not just part of the new Thrash movement they are leading it.

One of the better thrash albums available here. 4-5 minutes of headbanging and one minute of singing is how its done on my book. I will definitely buy the next album.

if any of you like Warbringer, Exodus, Testament, Bonded by Blood, Lazarus A.D. etc., this band is awesome. Warpath deserves more credit then they actually get. they should be in the spotlight because they have the potential to be one of the greatest thrash metal bands out there. I like every single song and the voice matches the potential and beat of the drums and riffs. It is an awesome war type thrash theme band. Buy it!!!!!
Excellent UK Thrash Metal \m/ 30 Nov. 2008

These guys are really tight and they are full of killer thrashing riffs and energy.
I can't imagine anyone into quality old school thrash not loving this.
The whole musical package, vocals , guitar riffs , leads, drumming and bottom end , whip up a sonic fury and just makes me want to give myself, self induced whiplash . Thrash on brothers .

True Thrash Metal! 22 July 2010

Some killer thrash metal with awesome vocals that sometimes kinda remind me of older Anthrax (Belladonna), great guitar riffs and solos, and just as great drums and bass playing. some of the best newer thrash I've heard lately (along with Warbringer). for fans of bay-area thrash for sure!
